Jazmine Juarez was great she made sure we were accommodated throughout the whole purchase process and never made us feel not at home! The process was also faster than I even expected which was a great aspect.

I had a fairly good experience with Maserati of Naperville. I had the pleasure of working with James Morolis. They had 2 different prices for the same vehicle online and they honored the lower of the two. We test drove the car, pointed out and addressed all issues, and they were able to work with me and the budget I had to work with. Highly recommend would come back for another vehicle.

DO NOY BUY A USED CAR OR HAVE SERVICE PERFORMED HERE. This is the dealership you were warned about. They do not properly inspect, repair or prep used cars. The decisions are seemingly being made by the owner as to what cars to buy and what prep to do and it seems that’s done w/o knowledge of the sales managers. I’ve summarized recent issues below. What I received was an unsafe, flood-damaged car riddled with issues.
